Inside Germany, shipping is included. If you are ordering from another country, please use the calculator for your individual shipping costs. Simply choose your country! If your country is not listed, please contact us by e-mail. Shipping costs for more than 3 books/editions on request. We cannot provide information about specific import taxes.

Shipping rates and payment method

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. Please find shipping costs for other countries in our list of shipping rates. All rates include VAT. We only accept prepayments and PayPal.

Delivery

Items in stock will be sent immediately after receipt of payment. Delivery is via UPS and the time of delivery inside Germany is up to 5 working days. Should the article not be available right away, we will inform you quoting the next possible time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

In case you are not satisfied with our items, you can return them without specified reasons within 14 days of delivery. If the items are intact and show no signs of usage, we will issue a full refund. However, excluded from our cancellation policy are: pure prints (non-framed and non-laminated), since their frail nature does not allow for sending them back.
